Main Purpose of the Job
Perform HR administration tasks in alignment with CoS colleagues to ensure seamless employee life cycle administration and other HR administrative processes.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Update me@nestle and KMS contain correct information and guidance to employees, line managers, HR professionals and CoS HR services employees to understand how company policies and legal rules impact their employee life cycle and what steps to take to effect an employee life cycle event.
- Execute administration tasks which cannot be automatized nor transferred to CoS (benefits management, employee file management, time management, etc.).
- In partnership with CoS teams, perform the control routines and data checks needed to ensure the quality of data they manage.
- Share knowledge transfer on all relevant market specific policies, processes, social security and benefits rules, legislative constraints to the CoS team members to allow them to perform their activity at the right level of quality.
- Where needed, complete relevant webforms to ensure that CoS may effect employee life cycle activities.
- Ensure support to employees and HR professionals on HR administration/time management related subjects through clear and well communicated processes or through direct consulting as Tier 3 support (leveraging tiers 0 to 2 i.e. me@nestle and self service, Contact Center and CoS HR Services teams).
- Update contract, letters and attestation templates as needed and train CoS members on proper use.
