Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nestle Philippines is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the company's talent acquisition strategies align with business objectives and support the overall growth and success of Nestle Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to identify the most qualified individuals for open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection in the Philippines is a plus.
