Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nestle Philippines is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the company's talent acquisition strategies align with business objectives and support the overall growth and success of Nestle Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
  3. Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
  4. Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to identify the most qualified individuals for open positions.
  5. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and building relationships with potential candidates.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  9. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Generate regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  8. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection in the Philippines is a plus.
