We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our NESCAFÉ OOH team. If you have a passion for coffee and an entrepreneurial spirit, this role is for you. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of ICP (Integrated Commercial Plans) and marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the brand growth. You will gain experience in the full marketing mix including I&R, Packaging, Comms, Placement and to a degree Price through your ongoing work with CDT on SRM.

A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager
As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in delivering brand performance across a number of measures as well as deriving insight from key data to ensure the brand performance is on track. Brand marketing and Media planning will also be a core element of your role as well as Digital Marketing.
You will:
- Ensure PFME is planned, managed and evaluated effectively and efficiently
- Maintain relationships with key media and creative partners
- Have and build a digital-first mindset which is reflected in projects and plans
- Have I&R plan deployment and exposure to I2L, as well as SRM.
- Ensure brand projects are delivered on time and within agreed budget
- Be a key member of the UK marketing team in ensure the execution of annual brand targets.
What will make you successful?
The successful candidate will already have some level of marketing experience in a previous Assistant Brand Manager position and have delivered on KPIs in previous positions. They will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair in relation to marketing & digital. The ability to deliver against executional plans within a set timeframe is key as is a positive, motivational ‘can do’ attitude.
